At home

I felt at home. 10000kms away from home, after spending the whole day outside you appreciate a smiling face when you get back and a little chat about how daily things are in Chile. No need to have a large swimming pool that I am never in time to use.

The access to the facilities. The road was in works and had to climb the slope with heavy bags. The other access was 30-40 stairs so did not help. Only when checking in and out. Rest of days no worries.

Staff were very friendly, helped us call a taxi on the...

Staff were very friendly, helped us call a taxi on the departure date, found us extra mugs so we could make our own tea and coffee once the breakfast bar had closed in the morning. There was also a super friendly dog! The location feels a bit odd at the start as it is a very small alley with a huge gated door to get into the property - makes you wonder about the crime rate! - but actually walking around felt fine. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Room was basic but clean, and the bed was very comfy.

There was a little confusion at the check in as booking.com had said that some of the cost would have been taken in advance, but the hotel hadn't heard of this, and it all felt a little disorganised, plus the english-spanish languare barrier made things a little more coinfusing! I ended up having to call my bank to confirm what charges had gone on, which was a pain and quite expensive. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof, we could hear people very clearly walking and talking in the hallways.

I was very surprise with this hostel that doesn’t look like a hostel at all!!!! Every little detail is fantastic. Since the doors and keys color system! Breakfast fantastic!! Clean room. Nice bathroom. And a very beautiful golden retriever dog!!! ️️️

Clean, safe and friendly hostel!

Everything! Josefa the owner was very helpful and welcoming. The ladies that prepared the amazing breakfast and cleaned the rooms were fantastic. This is a clean and safe hostel, also great location... You have to stay here.

Careful of extra charge

The stay was okay but we were charged the 19% VAT tax upon arrival despite being foreign tourists and paying with a foreign credit card. We had asked the person working there and she assured us that no tax was being charged. Booking also not taking responsibility for this. Do not stay here unless you would like to pay an extra 19% tax on top of your stay.

Very nice and clean hostal!

A very nice and clean hostel, with a very helpful host lokated near the flower clock. Everything is very colourful and friendly. The breakfast was way the best we had in chile (fresh juice, fruits, cookies, ham, different sorts of bread, cereals, ...). We were more than happy with this hostel and would highly recommend it. Unfortunately we just stayed there for one night.

The room was quite small, so it‘s a bit poky with the luggage. But in the end it‘s totally manageable.

Nice place with nice staff.

The staff was helpful when I became ill. They helped my daughter prepare soup for us so I didn't have to get out of bed. They also provided a very nice breakfast each morning.

The hostel is located on a very steep hill. It was fine for us but I would not recommend it if you have a disability or small children.

A hidden gem

-very clean, comfortable, and cozy -breakfast was well-done -Sefora was incredibly helpful in helping us find parking

-our room didn’t have any windows, except in the bathroom, which made it a bit stuffy -the hotel was difficult to find and we drove around in circles for about 30 mins before figuring it out
